No. The estimate is free and comes first. Only after you've accepted it may we ask for a reservation deposit to hold your appointment, and that deposit is applied to your final balance.
Yes, and that's the part most people actually need. On the Garage Reset and Complete Garage Transformation, we work through the garage with you and sort into KEEP, DONATE and REMOVE. You make every final call — we just make the process move.
Yes. Light organization of what stays is included in the Garage Reset, and fuller organization is part of the Complete Garage Transformation. We put things back in a way that makes sense to use, not just a way that looks tidy in a photo.
Sometimes. We may offer to purchase select quality items — tools, lawn equipment, bikes, fitness gear, storage systems, certain furniture and collectibles. Offers depend on condition, demand and what we need, so not everything qualifies and no offer is guaranteed. Point them out in your photos and we'll tell you straight.
Paint, chemicals, fuel, propane tanks, hazardous materials, medical waste, tires, large volumes of construction debris and other regulated items aren't automatically included. Tell us about them up front — some carry an added fee, some need a specialty provider, and some we can't accept at all. Full list here.
